Laidback fresh

Mint parka jacket: c/o IAnyWear (link here) (sold out)
LA Bones tee: All About Eve, from Birds Nest Online
White jeans: c/o AX Paris (link here)
Studded bucket bag: Sportsgirl

Hi everyone! Here's a really casual outfit today :) I don't know when the last time was I featured a tee on my blog! I made the entire look laidback with the relaxed feel of a light parka jacket, jeans and a bucket bag slung over the shoulders. To prevent it from being too plain, I added some gold/yellow and black arm candy, infusing a bit of bling along with the all-over studs of my bag!

I can never resist pairing white with mint because the colours just complement each other so well! it reminds me of a breath of fresh air or peppermint tea! Because of the relaxed, casual vibe of the outfit and the colours I called this look 'laidback fresh' :)

This parka jacket from IAnyWear is so soft and lightweight, and is perfect for a cool day during the springtime :) (not that it is springtime anymore!) You can wear it open or closed for a more fitted look, which would look super cute with some floral shorts. The white jeans from AX Paris are also a great wardrobe staple. White jeans are kind of underestimated sometimes, but they can make you look so bright and radiant, during any season.

I hope everyone has had a great weekend! Sydney-siders, hope you're staying warm and dry from all this cold rainy weather!

Berry Florals

Purple floral blouse: "Diman pure blouse" c/o Spicy Avenue (link here)
Black crochet shorts: boutique store
Lavender box clutch: Forever New

This is my second post featuring the beautiful items from Spicy Avenue! See my first post here. This time I'm wearing their gorgeous purple and red floral printed blouse. I love how it looks like flowers are blossoming down the arms and flowing onto the torso. It's like flowers are growing across my body, which is amazing! :) The berry hues are just perfect for the cold months coming up- I can't wait to mix and match it with a bunch of layers!

Hope everyone had a great weekend! I'm nearing the end of a verrry long weekend (took quite a few days off work) and it feels so great to just relax at my parents' house and spend more time with family! :)

Shades of Autumn, with Spicy Avenue

Odd pose to show off the inner layer of the jacket! It's like a map of the city, how cute is that? :)

Who's excited for winter? I'm not a fan of freezing temperatures and buckets of rain, but I am looking forward to layering and embracing a whole new colour palette! I'm sure you guys know I am a huge lover of pastel shades, but this season it's going to be all about rich jewel colours balanced with muted neutrals. Two beautiful colours I like to mix together when the cold season comes around are mustard yellow and burgundy.

I have been wearing this gorgeous mustard yellow blazer from Spicy Avenue all the time at work and even on the weekends- it's just so practical and versatile for any occasion! The bright colour stands out so much amongst the crowd of black and navy coats I see everyday in the morning, and I've been getting compliments on it everywhere I go. For winter I definitely recommend investing in a brightly coloured jacket because it makes your winter wardrobe so much more exciting! :)

I also paired the blazer with this super cute high-waisted heart-patterned skirt. It's so versatile for any season, and you can warm it up with long socks or stockings. Of course I chose burgundy socks and matching bag :)

This is the first part in my collaboration with Spicy Avenue. They are a new online boutique offering gorgeous Korean style clothing at affordable prices. I'd call their style feminine and classy, which is definitely what I like :) Most of their stock is perfect for chic and stylish looks also appropriate for the office! They offer free worldwide express shipping over $100 and are currently running are promotion for 20% off orders over $200!
